Exclusive fitness programs for JCHS students

Summer | Fall | Winter | Spring 2025 - Open For Enrollment

Welcome, JCHS parents and students!

The Park Gym is offering dynamic agility & weight training classes exclusively to JCHS students. All levels are welcome. Our coaches and community are here to support you and provide a challenging yet fun and inclusive environment.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our programs can work for you. They are designed for strength and conditioning, as well as to promote a healthy lifestyle and to empower and inspire students both inside and outside of the gym.

How Are the Classes Programmed?

 
 

Our courses focus on building strength and conditioning to develop athletic performance.

 

Expect to learn:

  • The equipment in the weight room, with exercises incorporating the barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells

  • Plyometric exercises master the use your bodyweight for explosive strength, speed, and endurance

  • Proper form and technique to minimize risk of injury

  • Consistency and setting goals for long-term performance

Programming

Tuesdays - Strength & Conditioning, Muscle-Building, Endurance

Thursdays - Speed & Agility, Coordination, Balance

Courses must have 10 students in attendance, otherwise the session will be canceled.

If canceled, you will be provided a refund for the full amount.

No other refunds or transfers to other students allowed.
