Gym Etiquette
To keep our community safe, respectful, and high-energy, we ask all members to follow these rules:
By following these guidelines, you help create a clean, safe, and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

If you have any questions, please reach out to info@theparkgym.com.
Arrive on Time
-
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to wrap your hands and warm up.
-
Check in at the front desk before entering class.
-
Late arrivals may be turned away—or asked to complete 50 push-ups. This ensures safety (no missed instructions) and supports a committed community.

Sign Up in Advance
-
Register for class at least 2 hours before start time.
-
Please do not show up unregistered. This helps our trainers prepare properly for all attendees.

Stay Home if You’re Sick
-
If you’re coughing, sneezing, or showing symptoms of illness, please stay home until you’re recovered. Protect your training partners.

Dress Code
-
We observe a “clothes on” policy.
-
Bare feet are not allowed.

Maintain Your Gear
-
No smelly gloves, wraps, and gear.
-
Pro-tip: Air out your gear immediately after class—don’t seal sweaty equipment in a bag.

Personal Hygiene
-
Shower and use deodorant.
-
Respect yourself and your partners—no one wants to train with a smelly partner.
Clean Up After Yourself
-
Wipe down equipment and gear after each session with the provided wipes (inside and outside of gloves, bags, benches, etc.).
-
Use our complimentary towel service to wipe up sweat on shared equipment.

Respect Shared Space
-
Don’t hog equipment or space. Be aware of how much room you’re taking up.
-
Ask before using equipment someone else brought over.
-
Grab your own gear—you’re strong enough!

Report Broken Equipment
-
If you see damaged or broken equipment, notify a staff member immediately so it can be taken out of use and prevent injuries.
