Sanitation and Health

Everyone is required to clean equipment and their area after use.
Scheduling a Visit
Please book classes, personal session and open workouts online.
Scheduling your visits online will assure your place in class.
Sign up at least 24 hours before your desired visit.
All members and staff are required to have closed toed shoes.
All members and staff must maintain good hygiene.
New members or those in need of assistance, please show up at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class.
Level 1 classes focus on basic boxing fundamentals.
Level 2 classes focus on boxing technique, footwork, breathing, defense and movement.
Level 3 is an introduction to sparring. Work on your defense and offense.
Athletic Performance & Fitness Training
Our fitness program will consist of learning some dynamic movements along with intense interval training. Each individual will be challenged to develop strength and conditioning through functional movements. This fat-burning, strength-building program will challenge everyone.
If you are new to Kettlebell and Barbell movements, no problem!
