Sanitation and Health 

Please have a face mask, and proof of vaccination. 

If you are feeling ill, please do not come to the gym.

Hospital grade cleaning solutions and hand sanitizers will be available.

Everyone is required to clean equipment and their area after use.

Scheduling a Visit

Please book classes, personal session and open workouts online.

Scheduling your visits online will assure your place in class.

Sign up at least 24 hours before your desired visit.

House Rules

All members and staff are required to have closed toed shoes.

All members and staff must maintain good hygiene.

New members or those in need of assistance, please show up at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class.

Boxing Classes


Level 1 class teaches basic boxing fundamentals while providing a full body workout.

Level 2 class focuses on boxing technique, footwork, breathing, defense and movement. 

Level 3 is an introduction to sparring.

Metabolic Conditioning & Weightlifting


Our fitness programming consists of basic dynamic movements paired with intense interval training. Each individual will be challenged to develop core strength and conditioning through functional movements for a fat-burning, strength-building program that will challenge everyone.

If you are new to Kettlebell and Barbell movements, no problem!
