Scheduling a Visit
Please book classes, personal session and open workouts online.
Scheduling your visits will help us limit the number of people at the gym.
Sign up 24 hours before your desired visit.
All members and staff are required to have their temperature checked before entering the gym.
Touchless thermometers will be used to check everyone's temperature.
Temperatures must be registered below 100.4 degrees to enter the gym.
If you are feeling ill, please do not come to the gym.
Level 1 classes focus on basic boxing fundamentals.
Level 2 classes focus on boxing technique, footwork, breathing, defense and movement.
Level 3 is an introduction to sparring. Work on your defense and offense.
Athletic Performance & Fitness Training
Our fitness program will consist of learning some dynamic movements along with some intense interval training. Each individual will be challenged to develop strength and conditioning through functional movements. This fat-burning, strength-building program will challenge everyone.
If you are new to Kettlebell and Barbell movements, no problem!
