Weekly Schedule

All purchases of Class Blocks expire in 360 Days.

All members must attend Beginners Ramp Classes before being cleared by a Coach to attend Fitness Classes (Mandatory) Also, one must be proficient in the deadlift,backsquat and benchpress to attend PowerFit.

CardioFit classes are open to everyone¬†(Beginner’s Ramp not mandatory).

All clients must show up 10 minutes early. Anyone who arrives 5 minutes late will not be accepted into class.
