ParkFit


Our fitness program will consist of learning some dynamic movements along with some intense interval training. Each individual will be challenged to develop strength through functional movements. This fat-burning, strength-building program will challenge everyone.


PreFit


The On-Ramp is great for newbies to our Fitness classes.  Experienced athletes are equally challenged by our refreshers on form and fundamentals. We emphasize safety, mechanics, consistency, and intensity. Start with basic mechanics and progressively become more technical as you gain experience. You will become consistent under the watchful eye of our staff, and learn to gradually increase the intensity from lighter, to heavier workouts. Each class will consist of a review session, a new skill session, and a METCON (Metabolic Conditioning) workout.


CardioFit


A full hour of pure cardio. All levels are welcome. CardioFit is designed to use mostly, your body weight to give you an intense fat burning workout. (All Levels)


PowerFit

Power lifting

Class for the basics of powerlifting and accessory movements. Focus on squats, deadlifts and benchpresses. Learn from weightlifting record holder, Jeremy Avilla.

Mandatory Requirement: Must be proficient with the deadlift, backsquat and bench press, the three powerlifting movements. Must be cleared by a coach of the Park Gym to take this class.


OlympicFit

Olympic Lifting

This class provides individuals the opportunity to develop their clean, jerk and snatch. Each individual will learn and utilize technique drills and progressions for training the olympic lifts.

Jeremy Avilla

Jeremy is strong, very strong. He is our Fitness Coach and our resident Power Lifting expert. He is a fierce Power Lifting competitor as well as a very knowledgeable and great programmer. Jeremy is very passionate about teaching and has been here from the start.

David Park

David is the head coach of The Park Gym. He has trained with Brian Viloria, WBO and WBA Flyweight champion, won the WBC Light Flyweight and IBF Junior Flyweight titles. He has also trained with Freddie Roach. His main trainer was Renee Arredondo. WBC Jr. Welterweight champion. David is also CrossFit Level 1 certified, and a 6th Dan in Tae Kwon Do.

Sean Rieth

Sean is a NASM certified trainer who has an intense enthusiasm for coaching. Whatever goals you may have , be they weight loss, building muscle, increasing flexibility or overall fitness Sean will help you get there. With a passion for running and a student of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sean lives out what he teaches.
