Our fitness program will consist of learning some dynamic movements along with some intense interval training. Each individual will be challenged to develop strength through functional movements. This fat-burning, strength-building program will challenge everyone.
A full hour of pure cardio. All levels are welcome. CardioFit is designed to use mostly, your body weight to give you an intense fat burning workout. (All Levels)
Class for the basics of powerlifting and accessory movements. Focus on squats, deadlifts and benchpresses. Learn from weightlifting record holder, Jeremy Avilla.
Mandatory Requirement: Must be proficient with the deadlift, backsquat and bench press, the three powerlifting movements. Must be cleared by a coach of the Park Gym to take this class.
This class provides individuals the opportunity to develop their clean, jerk and snatch. Each individual will learn and utilize technique drills and progressions for training the olympic lifts.

The Park Gym Fitness Trainers
Jeremy is strong, very strong. He is our Fitness Coach and our resident Power Lifting expert. He is a fierce Power Lifting competitor as well as a very knowledgeable and great programmer. Jeremy is very passionate about teaching and has been here from the start.
David is the head coach of The Park Gym. He has trained with Brian Viloria, WBO and WBA Flyweight champion, won the WBC Light Flyweight and IBF Junior Flyweight titles. He has also trained with Freddie Roach. His main trainer was Renee Arredondo. WBC Jr. Welterweight champion. David is also CrossFit Level 1 certified, and a 6th Dan in Tae Kwon Do.
Sean is a NASM certified trainer who has an intense enthusiasm for coaching. Whatever goals you may have , be they weight loss, building muscle, increasing flexibility or overall fitness Sean will help you get there. With a passion for running and a student of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sean lives out what he teaches.
Amanda believes that yoga should be accessible to all and crafts her classes around her sense of humor and approachable language. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with CorePower yoga and completed an additional 200 hour yoga teacher training with Africa Yoga Project in Nairobi, Kenya in 2014.
Pablo is a premier NASM certified athletic coach and trainer. With a background in clinical psychology and sport conditioning, Pablo trains a myriad of athletes to improve sport performance. Nerd out with him on horror films and Ufology.
Coach Moriah is passionate about fitness and the functional movement of the body. She has made her passion into a career and will bring out the best in you. Her specialties are in Boxing, Olympic Weightlifting, Athletic Performance, and Strength Training. Certified Personal trainer through ISSA.
Juan is a Certified Crossfit Level 2 Coach! He teaches constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity so members are prepared for whatever life has in store. Whether that be lifting your child and groceries with one arm, or being prepared for the next zombie apocalypse!
