Boxing Level 1 Beginner
Level 1 classes will focus on basic boxing fundamentals. It is offensive oriented and will provide a solid cardio workout. No hitting another person or being hit. All levels welcome for a great workout
Boxing Level 2 Intermediate
Level 2 classes focus on Boxing technique, footwork, breathing, defense and movement. Learn to work with another person and incorporate defense with your offense. Learn to counter your opponent. (Minimum of 10 level 1 classes required.)
A perfect combination of strength, conditioning and skill. Constantly surprising your muscles during a 60 minute intense workout. Incorporates Fitness with Boxing.
An introduction to sparring. Work on your defense and offense. This class will allow you to test your skills in a controlled and monitored setting. Requires: headgear and mouth-piece

Boxing Rules & Etiquette
- You must check in at the front desk before entering class
- Please be on time for class, you will not be allowed into class more than five minutes late.
- Handwraps are mandatory to use complimentary, house gloves. Please provide your own wraps, or purchase at the front desk.
- If you need any assistance, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your class. (help with wraps etc..)
- You must wear gym or boxing shoes with appropriate workout attire for all classes
- No Sparring without trainer supervision
- Please return all house equipment after use (house gloves etc.)
The Park Gym Boxing Trainers
David is the head coach of The Park Gym. He has trained with Brian Viloria, WBO and WBA Flyweight champion, won the WBC Light Flyweight and IBF Junior Flyweight titles. He has also trained with Freddie Roach. His main trainer was Renee Arredondo. WBC Jr. Welterweight champion. David is also CrossFit Level 1 certified, and a 6th Dan in Tae Kwon Do.
Austin is our boxing head coach. He has started here at The Park Gym since it opened. He continues to strive at giving everyone the best technique and boxing lessons. He is also active and still competing in boxing.
Coach Lo has made teaching her career. Not only is she one of our great female boxing coaches; she is also a professor at USF. She has fought as an amateur, representing The Park Gym. Coach Lo is the epitome of brains and brawn.
Freddy is proud to be a trainer at B St. Boxing for the past 5 year sand The Park Gym the past 2. He is licensed as a professional second, a USA Boxing coach as well as a certified personal trainer. Freddy has been WBO flyweight champion, Melissa McMorrow’s, strength and conditioning coach for the past 5 years as well as the assistant coach to rising star Ricardo Pinell.
Coach Arthur started and has competed all thru college and beyond. He has extensive experience in boxing. A fierce and dedicated boxer, Arthur is always ready to help and guide anyone in need.
Pablo is a premier NASM certified athletic coach and trainer. With a background in clinical psychology and sport conditioning, Pablo trains a myriad of athletes to improve sport performance. Nerd out with him on horror films and Ufology.
Coach Moriah is passionate about fitness and the functional movement of the body. She has made her passion into a career and will bring out the best in you. Her specialties are in Boxing, Olympic Weightlifting, Athletic Performance, and Strength Training. Certified Personal trainer through ISSA.
Mike has been training and coaching with David Park since 2010. He is among our most patient and attentive trainers. Besides boxing he is experienced with Eastern and Western Swords, as well as the application of fire to weapons.
